Shipping & Delivery

All online orders who elect shipping by Australia Post will be sent via express shipping to ensure the garments have enough time to reach you and be returned, examined and dry cleaned before the next hire. 

Vogue style Hire cannot be held responsible if Australia Post has not delivered on time, resulting in a non - delivery for your hire period or a delay in delivery after they leave the local Post Office. Please allow enough time to place an order to ensure the parcel can be delivered to you in time for your event. Vogue Style Hire cannot offer any compensation such as a refund or credit for any loss, damage or delay once the package leaves our hands. We work with the Australia Post time frames that are listed on their website and post each hire according to this. We aim to have your dress hire with you on or before the date you require. If you are going away we recommend taking out an 8 day hire to ensure the delivery arrives in time incase of postage delays. 

It is your responsibility to place the garment's in the return express satchel provided and lodge to an Australian Post office within the hire return period. Should a weekend hire garment/s be sent any later than the following Monday 4pm, late fee/s of $35 per day will be charged. We are reasonable people here at Vogue Style Hire, but if we lose another hire  due to the delay, we reserve the right to charge additional hiring fees. The customers have 72 hours to pay the fees before they are handed to our debt collector. Recovery fees will be at the customers expense.
